Good quality, delivery okay
I bought some Lana Merino Extra Fine for a felting project. The fiber itself is excellent, very soft and the color was true to the website. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Texas, which felt a little long, but it arrived well-packaged. Prices are fair for the quality you get. I just wish the shipping was a bit faster.
Got my yarn, all good
Ordered some Filati da Maglia last week, just got it. It was exactly what I needed for my scarf. Came pretty quick, like 6 days or so. No problems. I'd probably order again if I need more yarn.
Mixed bag, but mostly good
My recent order included a Kit per Infeltrimento and some additional Fibre di Viscosa. Placing the order on their website was straightforward enough, no issues there. Delivery to California took about 10 days, which was a bit longer than I hoped for, but everything arrived safely. The felting kit was comprehensive, and the instructions were clear, which was great for a beginner like me. The viscose fibers were a nice addition, very soft. I had a small question about one of the tools in the kit, and their customer service responded within 24 hours, which was helpful. My only minor complaint is that the tracking updates weren't super detailed once it left Italy, but it got here eventually.
